Heavy rains in Telangana brought difficulties to the students. In Telangana State, MSET Engineering Department Entrance Examination has started from today. These exams will be held today as well as on 19th and 20th of this month. A total of 1,72,241 students have applied for these exams. However.. Exams are conducted in two sessions a day. The first session will be held from 9 am to 12 pm and the second session will be held from 3 pm to 6 pm. 108 centers have been set up for MSET exams, out of which 89 are in Telangana and 19 are in AP.
This is not all the plight of MSET Engineering students in Hanmakonda. There is a current shortage in Ganapati Engineering College. Due to its effect, the students writing MSET exams faced many difficulties. The engineering exam, which was scheduled to be held from 9 am to 1 am, was delayed. Another exam scheduled at 3 pm was delayed due to lack of current. Students and parents are worried about that.
The exams of MSET Agriculture Department were scheduled to be held on 14th and 15th of this month, but they were canceled due to heavy rains. However.. there are chances to announce soon when these exams will be conducted. In Ganapati Engineering College, the MSET exam started about an hour and a half late. The test started late as the generator was not installed. As per the schedule, the exam was scheduled to be held from 9 am to 12 pm. The education department later changed its mind that students would not be allowed even a minute late. The officials started the exam an hour and a half late. It’s 1:30 PM and it’s not over yet. Then the session was very late. The problems of students are not all due to lack of electricity and computers. The parents expressed their anger at the behavior of the authorities. They demanded action against those who caused this delay. Concern is being expressed as to how the ensemble will be held for the next two days.
