The Polytechnic Entrance (Polyset-2022) examination will be held in the state tomorrow. Admission to 3 year Diploma in Engineering and Non-Engineering Diploma Courses in Public and Private Polytechnics as well as Diploma Courses in Agriculture, Horticulture and Veterinary will be held on June 30 at 11.00 am. The test will be held from 1.30 pm. The convener said that all the arrangements have already been made as per the Kovid rules for conducting the test. Students are advised to bring the hall tickets to the examination centers and to abide by the Kovid rules as a matter of duty. Officials have already announced that the results will be released 12 days after the end of the test.
A total of 1,13,974 candidates across the state will appear for the exam at 365 examination centers. Students will be allowed into the test center one hour in advance i.e. till 10.00 am. Therefore students are required to reach the examination hall by 10.00 am and complete and sign the details on both sides of the OMR sheet. Authorities said students should bring a Hebei black pencil, eraser, blue or black ballpoint pen with them.
SBTET conducts entrance test for admissions in Polytechnic courses for the 2022-23 academic year. Based on the rank obtained in the Polyset Entrance Examination, the Polytechnic Colleges in the State, the Polytechnic Colleges running in the Private Engineering Colleges, the Professor Jayashankar Agriculture University, the PV Narasimha Narasimha Rao University in Telangana as well as the affiliated polytechnics of the affiliated polytechnics will be provided.
