Maharashtra’s political crisis is almost over. Shiv Sena rebel MLA Ek Nath Shinde took charge as CM. BJP leader Devendra Fadnavis was elected as the Deputy Chief Minister. On the other hand, with the formation of a coalition government between the two parties, the two parties are working on the composition of the cabinet. Recently, CM Ek Nath Shinde and Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis held a meeting with BJP leaders in Delhi today. Earlier they met President Ram Nath Kovind. Both of them will meet Prime Minister Modi on Saturday evening.
He met with BJP National President JP Nadda along with Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and Home Minister Amit Shah. Cabinet expansion was discussed especially in Maharashtra. Shinde, who had a meeting with JP Nadda for about 40 minutes, discussed the composition of Ek Nath’s cabinet. It is reported that the BJP has suggested that 11 ministerial positions will be given to the Shinde faction in the initial steps. It is reported that BJP should have 29 ministerial posts. However, no official announcement has been made in this regard till now. They want to expand the cabinet in two phases. The expansion is likely to happen before the July 18 presidential election. In Maharashtra’s 288-member assembly, the Ek Nath Shinde Shiv Sena and the BJP currently have the support of 164 MLAs.

After these meetings, Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis said… In the past BJP made me CM. He said that now he is bound by the decision of the party as per the need of the party. He said that CM Ek Nath Shinde is our leader.. We will work under him.. Our natural alliance will rise again after the injustice. CM Ek Nath Shinde said that the presence of our MLAs in the Maha Vikas Aghadi government has become questionable.. then we could not speak.. that is why we have taken this action. He said that BJP and Shiv Sena are a natural alliance and this alliance will take Maharashtra forward.
