Rahul Bhat was working as a clerk in the Chadura tehsil office in Budgam district on Thursday. In the process, two terrorists came to the office and shot Rahul Bhat. Meanwhile, security forces killed two terrorists responsible for the incident. Two terrorists were killed in an encounter in the Brar area of Bandipora. The two militants were identified by Pakistani officials as members of the Lashkar-e-Taiba militant group, who escaped from the Salinder forest area two days ago.
