CM Jagan held a video conference on Godavari floods – relief programs. After the aerial survey, CM Jagan reviewed the Collectors and SCs of the affected districts along with other officials. On the other hand, CM Jagan has issued instructions to the secretaries of all departments, including the CSs of all departments, to see to it that whatever assistance is requested from the collectors and SPs of the flood-affected districts, they should be provided to them on war footing. CMO secretaries will also be fully available and officials of Godavari flood affected areas should be more alert, he said. As the water level of Godavari is likely to rise on Saturday too, CM Jagan has suggested to focus fully on the villages of Lanka. They want to ensure that there is no deficit for the flood victims. Rice and other essential items should be made available. Each family was ordered to provide 25 kg of rice, 1 kg of pulses, 1 kg of potatoes, 1 kg of palm oil, 1 kg of onions and milk.
