CM Jagan reviewed with the authorities on Tuesday afternoon on the construction and repair of roads in the state. On the occasion, he directed the authorities to take immediate steps to complete the unfinished roads, bridges, arbors and flyovers in the state. He said that work related to these should not be pending anywhere. He said that steps should be taken to make it available to the public as soon as possible. CM Jagan urged to give utmost priority to these works. Jagan said the roads should be paved without potholes.
CM Jagan revealed that priority should be given to works in the areas washed away by the Nivar storm. CM Jagan directed to dig holes in corporations and municipalities by July 15. Photo galleries to be put up on July 20th. CM Jagan said that apart from the work being done now on Panchayati Raj roads, action should be taken on regular maintenance and repairs. CM Jagan alleged that the Opposition was conspiring to prevent development work in the state from progressing. He also criticized the state government for not giving loans and for not getting money from the center. Jagan was incensed that the Opposition was working with an agenda to stop the development works so as to obstruct the passage through the cases.
