As the police were watching there, they went on a bike ride at Siripuram, Complex and Swarna Bharati Stadium. The RTC driver was beaten up because the RTC bus was obstructed at Swarnabharati Stadium. ACP said that this racing was done by forming a group through Instagram. Such racing is done through social media without forming groups.
Most of the perpetrators of this racing are students…some are employees…some are laborers too. Harshita Chandra explained that cases have been registered against 13 people related to this racing. He said that 10 places where racing will take place have been identified and surveillance will be established there. Parents of those who participated in racing are being called and counselling. ACP Harshita Chandra said that such things will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
