The state government has decided to conduct a caste-wise census in Bihar. However, there are different arguments within the government. He said clashes between human beings were inevitable in such situations and hence there was a need to bring in a population control law in Bihar. At the same time, Union Minister Giriraj Singh commented that Rohingyas and Bangladeshi Muslims should not be counted as part of the census. This caused confusion.
