However, the opposition is furious that the Telangana government has failed in the wake of the flood and that the officials are not alert and the government has not issued any directions in that direction. In this context, the CLP team visited the flood affected areas. Speaking on this occasion, CLP leader Bhatti Vikramarka demanded immediate loan waiver of one lakh rupees to the affected farmers. Moreover, he said that the Telangana government has failed to bring the promises of the Partition Guarantee Act that the Congress will stand by the victims of dry lands. Telangana Congress MPs said they will protest the central government on the promises of partition. Congress MPs will also mention corruption in Telangana irrigation projects and people have lost completely in floods.

The Telangana government has not made any estimates on the crop loss. The Telangana government should immediately estimate the crop loss due to floods. Double bedroom houses should be given to those who lost their houses in calamities. Bhatti Vikramarka wants the Telangana government to give 25 thousand rupees to each family who is going home from the flood camp.
