APPSC on Tuesday announced the dates for the preliminary examination to be conducted for recruitment in the Revenue and Revenue Departments in AP. APPSC Secretary H Arun Kumar announced that the screening test for executive officer posts in the revenue department will be held on July 24 and the screening test for junior assistant cum computer assistant posts in the revenue department will be held on July 31.
APPSC secretary Arun Kumar said that a large number of candidates had applied for the job and had to undergo a screening test for filtration. It was clarified that both the exams will be conducted offline, leaving aside the online examination system. On December 28 last year, APPSC issued notices to fill the vacancies in the Revenue and Revenue Departments. Notifications were issued for 670 jobs in the revenue department and 60 in the revenue department. Degree was determined as qualification for these posts.
