Officials were alerted as it rained continuously for three hours. Heavy rains in the mountains surrounding the cave caused the reservoirs and nearby streams to overflow around 3 pm today. The authorities immediately announced an alert. So far, more than 4,000 pilgrims have been shifted to a safe area. The situation is under control, officials said.
