MLA Raghunandan : ఆ తరువాత ఉత్తర్వులు ఇస్తే మాకు న్యాయం జరుగదు

BJP MLA Raghunandan said that three of our MLAs were suspended on the first day of the Telangana Assembly budget meetings and that we who were suspended went to the High Court. “We have not yet given a written assurance as to the reasons for the suspension. We have been sent out today in the name of a wide range of officials, including the speaker,” he said. The High Court had said that notices should be given to the Assembly Secretary and the Assembly Secretary was not ready to take the notices given by the Supreme Court. He opined that our PA, who had the passes to go to give notices, was kept out for 3 hours and that the court had dismissed our petition and that we should call the secretary and do him justice when he took a copy of the order given by the Supreme Court.

Copies of the order were withheld for fear of going to the Supreme Court. The suspended order was not given a copy. The judge who dismissed the case did not give a copy of the order. “If you give orders later on Tuesday, we will not get justice. Yesterday, the CS case came to the High Court. The Supreme Court has said that the High Court should not interfere in the case of IAS and IPS.” Somesh Kumar was not allotted to Telangana. If he is allotted to Andhra Pradesh, he will become CS for Telangana.
