The incident took place in Agar Malwa district of Madhya Pradesh. On Wednesday morning, the victim, Ayush Jadhav, while riding a motorcycle, was intercepted and attacked with sharp weapons. In this incident, Ayush got serious injuries on his head. A case has been registered on this incident.
Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra expressed his anger over this attack. It has been clarified that the accused have to face National Security Act cases. In all, 13 people participated in this incident. So far, 8 people have been arrested. He said that the remaining five will be caught soon. It has been revealed that strict action will be taken if there is a disturbance of peace in Madhya Pradesh. The police have registered cases against the accused under sections 307 (attempt to murder) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the IPC.
