On May 12, terrorists shot dead a Kashmiri Pandit named Rahul Bhat working at the Chadura tehsil office in Budgam. There have been a series of targeted attacks since then. Recently, Kashmiri TV artiste Amreen Bhatt was also shot dead. Recently, a bank manager, a Hindu teacher and two non-locals were shot dead by terrorists in Rajasthan.
