The incident, which took place five years ago, shook not only the Malayalam film industry but also the South Indian film industry. The concept then married Naveen. She is now busy in Kannada movies. They were charged under sections 116 (promoting a punishable offense with imprisonment), 118 (designation of a crime punishable by death or imprisonment for life), 120B (criminal conspiracy), 506 (criminal intimidation), 34 (criminal). The new FIR was registered against six persons, including Dilip, Suraj, Dilip’s brother Anoop, a VIP and two others. The Kerala government has set up a new team in the case.
