Delhi: No matter how many laws are brought in the country, violence against women does not stop. From Nirbhaya to yesterday’s Unnao incident…hundreds of rape incidents per day. These are the same stories in newspapers and media since I woke up. The members of the society are bound to bow their heads in shame after seeing the inhumanity inflicted on even infants. Another atrocity took place in the national capital. A 30-year-old woman was gang-raped by four people at a railway station in Delhi. This terrible incident which took place on Thursday (21st of this month) night came to light late.

The police found that it was the railway employees who resorted to violence against the woman. Around 8 to 9 pm on Thursday night, the electrical maintenance staff on the railway station platform came to know that the 30-year-old victim had been raped. Railway DCP Harendra Singh revealed that the four accused are railway employees in the electrical department. More details are yet to be known.
